What are my procedure options for burn scar removal? Grafting done in the past and unsatisfied with results. (photos)

Hello, I have almost 40 years old burn scar on my chest and I had skin grafting also but seems the grafting isn’t the good one so still bad scar. Please help me to clear the scar or any thing to cover so I can wear cloths confidentially. Thank you
