Is this microscarring? Damaged barrier? Inflammation? (Photo)

I got microneedling done and the texture of my skin changed drastically about a month or so after my microneedling procedure. It's now waxy/shiny looking, orange peel texture, enlarged pores. My question is is this microscarring? Did my skin not heal correctly? It's been over a year and it still looks like this. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Does this mean I'm susceptible to scarring to anything I do or are there procedures if done correctly that could help? Thank you for your help!!
