Does silicone tape keep pressure off breast lift scar?

I'm using silicone tape, but I'm wondering if I should put tegaderm over the silicone to relive pressure? Or does silicone tape keep pressure off the scar? (I'm 9 weeks post op). When am I in the clear for scars widening and stretching?

I have had good success by using TCA CROSS, a very quick, simple and relatively inexpensive technique, to close unwanted piercing holes. It typically takes several treatment sessions (3-4) to achieve optimal results. Best of luck.
