These lines are making me crazy in between my eyebrows. Is it possible to get rid of them completely? Is this normal to have this at age 33?! I've heard that horizontal lines are hard to get rid of, so what's the reason why we get them?
Answer: Eyebrow Lines -- Botox, Fillers, Lasers These lines are best treated with lasers and microneedling but botox and fillers help as well. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.

Answer: I have these horizontal lines in between my eyebrows. How is this treatable and what are my options to get rid of these? Thank you for your pictures and your question. It is hard to tell without an exam, but these might be due to animation of facial muscles and fine wrinkles. If so, these could be treated with Botox to relax the muscles and thereby relieve the wrinkles. If that does not take care of the problem, it is possible that the area could be smoothed out with a HA filler like Juvederm.Have a consultation with a local board certified surgeon to discuss your options.Best of luck!

Answer: Botox for lines between eyebrows You might consider treatment with Botox to this area. By relaxing the procerus muscle which runs vertically between the eyebrows, Botox can improve horizontal lines in this area. Dynamic facial lines tend to run perpendicular to the direction of the muscles.

Answer: Horizontal lines between the brows This photo is a bit close up to tell exactly, but it appears you are talking about what are often referred to as "bunny lines". These appear from facial anatomy when you sort of pull your nose up instead of furrowing the brow down. Most people don't realize the difference, but over time, different types of lines form because of it. The best thing to do is minimize the ability to move the muscles this way with a neuromodulator, like Botox. When injecting this region particularly, please consult an expert. There are several anatomy challenges in this area that if injected incorrectly, will make your top lip actually affected and unable to move. I've had a number of patients see me over the years after seeing more inexperienced injectors and having this occur. It's not a good look to have a Homer Simpson-type upper lip because of a bad Botox treatment to the bunny line area. Answer: I have these horizontal lines in between my eyebrows. How is this treatable and what are my options to get rid of these? Your photo doesn't display the lines well but horizontal lines in this area are generally referred to as "bunny lines." Botox is usually quite effective and safe in this region and should be your first treatment choice imo. The improvement will generally last 3-4 months and you may notice a slight elevation of your inner brows at the same time. Enjoy and good luck.Jon A Perlman MD FACSDiplomate, Am Bd of Plastic SurgeryBeverly Hills, CA
