I have no idea if it's just way too soon to tell,but I had 300cc saline implants the first time&After seeing what 600cc looks like I decided to get those. Now that my new implants are in they look so small! I'm freaking out ! I know they have to drop&Settle, but they literally look like B's instead of a large C or D. Is this normal with bigger implants? Is it because most of the implant is up top & on the sides near my armpit from swelling? please help!

A 100 cc increase int his size range is increasing the volume by about 30%. That should be significant. If you have a small chest diameter, then double bubble is always a risk with larger implants.
