I am a 5,3 125 pound women. I had her first BA back in 2011 with 390cc saline implants . Which were great. They looked natural and not fake (even tho I feel like on is lower then the other)however with time I realized were not as full or have the effect I was looking for. I want to increase my implant size to 525cc to give a fuller effect in clothes as well as in bras. I feel as if they are too far. I would want to know a little more or silicon as well? Will a moderate give me The look I'm wanting?
Answer: Will 525cc be "too big" or will it be what I've been looking for? Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, you are starting at a great place and should have a very nice outcome with revisionary breast augmentation surgery. In regards to specific size/profile of breast implant, despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful specific advice. Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Again, have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup" or "too big" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. The use of temporary intraoperative sizers, viewing the patient's breasts in the upright and supine position, are very helpful during the breast implant selection process. I hope this, and the attached link, helps.

Answer: Down jeopardize a good result after breast augmentation with another operation. You sound as though you reasonably satisfied with your saline implants. If there is no capsular contracture in they look good I would advise that you not undergo revision.

Answer: Will 525cc be "too big" or will it be what I've been looking for? Hi. A 390 cc implant would probably have been overfilled from its minimum of 390 cc. Therefore a 525 cc should be able to fill your current pocket. The octet will need to be enlarged a bit to accept the new size. I personally like a moderate plus profile and will probably fill your requirements. Good luck

Answer: 525cc implants too big? Thank you for your question and pictures. 525cc will most likely give you the look you desire (with either a high profile or moderate plus profile) implant but it is difficult to say for sure without an in office exam and breast measurements. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs a lot of breast revision surgery for an in person consultation. Best of luck to you
