What kind of moisturizer after infini RF?

Question

Is it ok to use a moisturizer that has a little bit of oil in it after infini RF as long as it's non-comedogenic? It's medium weight and my skin tends to be on the drier side.

A moisturizer can be used after infini RF. We usually use a non-comedogenic moisturizer that is oil-free. Occasionally people break out with acne  after infini if they have a history of acne. We sometimes place them on prophylactic anti-acne antibiotics for a week. If you don't have a history of acne, the oil containing non-comedogenic moisturizer should not be a problem.

No - oil is not great as its too occlusive. Your skin heals within 2-4 days after INfini, especially if PRP was used. Use a bland moisturiser and after care as prescribed by your specialist, we all have our own aftercare regime. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim, Brisbane. Australia.

This is a great question, aftercare is a key factor and highly recommended after any post-procedure treatment. I would recommend to avoid oils as they are comedogenic. I like Alastin skincare, their nectar products assist with the overall healing of the skin. Protection and a good skincare routine is always suggested to protect your investment!
