Thermage while on microdose Accutane?

My doctor is planning on starting me on the lowest possible dose on a long term course of accutane (20 mg/week) However, I would like to get Thermage soon and I was wondering if you can do Thermage while on low dose accutane? I know a lot of procedures are a no-no while taking accutane, but because of the ultra low dose I'm wondering if I can get away with it.

Thank you for your question.  Thermage should be safe to use in a patient who has a history of vitiligo.  There are no reports of worsening of vitiligo following noninvasive skin tightening treatment using a radiofrequency device

Yes!  There is added benefit with repeat Thermage treatments.  Most patients elect to undergo treatment once or twice a year in order to help maintain a healthy and youthful appearance.  Those who pursue a series of treatments spaced a month or so apart tend to see significant ongoing improvement.

It's difficult to tell from your photos and requires an in-person evaluation, but you look like you would get better results with a tummy tuck, which can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction....

A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best...
