Is thermage effective if done again a few years later to achieve better results?

I lost a significant amount of weight and had loose skin, but not quite bad enough for surgery. I had thermage on my stomach and butt/thighs about 3-4 years ago. I saw improvement but still would like to see more. Is going back for more thermage now effective or would it not improve any more? And are there more effective treatments than thermage now for body skin tightening?
