I am 23 and had two kids and had a c-section with both, I don't weigh much but When I sit down, the top part of my belly button looks saggy but not so much, and I hate to have it there, and I'm hoping thermage is right for me :)
Answer: Mommy Makeover--VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture, ThermiRF, fat grafting, possible tummy tuck versus Thermage It's difficult to tell from your photos and requires an in-person evaluation, but you look like you would get better results with a tummy tuck, which can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Cryolipolysis should be done before Thermage Hey there,Body Thermage is mainly indicated for skin tightening. This happens because of new collagen formation. Subcutaneous heating may cause some fat lysis but not significant. Therefore if you have subcutaneous fat first some procedure like cryolipolysis should be done before Thermage. Hope this helps.

Answer: Abdomen and skin tightening Based on your photos a combination of Thermage and Coolsculpting would be best for you. I treat so many patients with a combination of these treatments for the best results. An in person consultation would be necessary to see if you have a hernia in which case I might change these recommendations. Please consult an expert in these areas. Best, Dr. Green

Answer: Thermage for loose tummy skin You are certainly not overweight but based on your photos you are storing fat on your tummy post baby. This is a common problem for many women. If indeed there is fat there I would address the excess fat first with CoolSculpting. This treatment is great for a mom with young children because you do not have downtime after the treatment. If after getting rid of the fat you still have loose skin, Thermahe would be the next step. Thermage is a no downtime procedure that takes a couple of hours to complete. The best results are obtained in patients with very little fat and mostly loose skin. Both of these procedures are great for a young mom as there is no downtime and no anesthesia risk. All the best, Dr Parker
