A couple of months ago, I had Botox placed in the crow's feet region. I now have noticeable under eye wrinkles when I smile. Within the last month these wrinkles have become static. I was told this cannot be fixed. With that being said, what might help slow the aging process under my eyes (thermage, microneedling, laser, etc.)? I currently use a medical grade eye cream and sunscreen.

Hi, thank you for your question! I always recommend for patients to repeat thermage yearly. Typically patients repeat within the 9 to 12 month range. Thermage can be performed as early as every 6-9 month's.
