My doctor put grafts on the top-sides of the bridge of my now to give more strength to the sides. I current have a lot of noises when I breathe, can that be related to air around the grafts?

As long as you are healthy, the weight should not be an issue. I would search for the surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you
the best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on that
