Generally speaking, it can take 6 to 12 months to completely heal after surgery. Please keep in touch with your surgeon or his/her clinical team to discuss your ongoing concerns.

The two sides of the nose do not heal at the same pace, and it is normal for the two sides to appear different. I am sure your surgeon explained to you that swelling is a process and will take months to resolve. At this point it appears your photos are o par with what is expected.
The likelihood of you having disrupted the results of your procedure are minimal. You likely have nothing to worry about. You should call your surgeons office tomorrow during working hours and let them know about it for safe measure.
