I'm not sure what is the brownish line you're talking about exactly, but that filler needs to be dissolved, it should not look like an obvious ridge like that.

An exam would be needed to know for sure, but it appears from the submitted photos that your fillers were placed too close to the skin's surface. This resulted in the filler causing these shadows of the face. You can consider having the filler dissolved which should improve the shadowing.

It is quite common for patients who have had hyaluronic acid fillers injected into the tear trough area to have the same problems just like you do. My personal opinion: no one should have hyaluronic acid filler placed into the lower eyelid or tear trough area. Only fat grafting should be performed into this area. My advice, if you are not happy with the outcome of the current procedure, is to have the hyaluronic acid dissolved and follow up with fat grafting.
