Hello, i have had 1ml Filorga Art Filler Lips 5 days ago, and my upper lip is lumpy since the injections was done. I am very worried about this situation because i wanted a natural result and right now i look very weird... My surgeon told me to massage, which i did every day, but there is no improvement. What do you think about it?? Thank you for your answers!

The permalip does come in different sizes and that size is definitely will not make them an XL size. Many of my patients desire the XL lip. These can be done under a local anesthetic wityh usually a small downtime. Also, they are much easier to remove if necessary.
If there is any pallor to the lip, it may be due to epinephrine which is sometimes mixed by the doctor into the syringe along with lidocaine to reduce bruising. Or if lidocaine and epinephrine were injected to numb the lip area, this can occur. It is temporary and should wear off...
You most likely need a slight touch up with hyaluronidase if the swelling does not resolve after 7-10 days. In the meantime, a slight massage to the area can help. This should be easy to correct as long as it is not a permanent filler. Best of luck!
