18, F - seeking advice on what type of labiaplasty or operation would achieve my desired results? (Photos)

I’m 18f and have decided to get plastic surgery because the size/length means that it massively protrudes and causes physical discomfort in my daily life. I am seeking a tucked, ‘innie’ appearance result which is my biggest priority, but I am also concerned about colouration and the risk of losing sensation. I’m open to the best approach or combination of procedures that would give the most natural result. I have researched different operations such as trim, wedge, de-epithelialization, composite reduction, clitoral hood reduction, labia majoraplasty etc but am hoping to be advised on what procedure(s) would achieve the desired result for me, based on the appearance of my labia.
