Uneven nipples and dog ears after top surgery. Do I need revision surgeries? (Photo)

I had top surgery FTM done in June 2022 and after 6 months or a bit more i noticed my nipple is uneven, it is noticeable when i wear my T-shirt. Also dog ears on both side. very disappointed and sad really for the amount of money i spent on this just over 24k out of my own pocket for such [RS bleep] job.

Surgical Correction is possible. It is not the suture material alone, but the surgical technique that has to be changed in order to achieve better results. The procedure can be done under local anesthesia.
