Why did you have the surgery? Was it for chest contouring to have a masculine chest? If so, the skin will probably not completely tighten. You will need a revision to remove more breast tissue and skin.

The best way to go is to remove the current areolas along with the residual (excess) volume that you have. The chest is not completlely flat because there is still some extra skin and fat present. Once that tissue is removed, the areolas can either be tattooed or reconstructed using labia minora.
