Areola/nipple reduction and scarring - is it possible to correct areola size? (photos)

Periareolar top surgery performed March 2021. Initially had bad scarring (suspected suture allergy ) around areolar circumference, both sides. Scar revision done @ 6mnths with similar reaction to suture and scarring. Surgeon then used non dissolving sutures for round 3. The size of areola and scarring has worsened my dysohoria as I have larger areolas than ever before in my life.Very dissatisfied and wondering if it looks possible to correct st the very least the size of the areolas.
