I had lipo 360 and bbl 4 months ago do to silicone removal reconstruction. My stomach didn’t have loose skin. I have been getting many massages and wood therapy. I’m concerned that my stomach isn’t going to smooth out. My dr said keep getting deep tissue massages and using wood. Will this smooth out or is there something else I can do to smooth my stomach out.
Answer: Stomach Once you have reached 6 months, you will be about healed from liposcution. If then you are still uneven, Sculptra injections could be helpful.

Answer: Uneven after liposuction Dear tequila2012, while there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result. Answer: Liposuction Revision Candidate The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Liposuction results To make an assessment on the outcome of a surgical procedure patients should always show proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. At four months your results are final and are not going to change by giving it more time. Massage and wood therapy have no impact on final income. Your result is a direct reflection of how the procedure was performed. Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing experienced and talented providers for any body contouring procedure. Liposuction results are permanent and more or less irreversible. There is no easy treatment to restore and natural skin contour after poorly done liposuction. Treatment options typically include revision liposuction, fat transfer or converting the procedure to a skin tightening operation like a full tummy tuck. None of these options are great options and none are going to restore your abdomen to normal. Some improvements can be had and sometimes this requires having multiple procedures. Considering that revision work is more difficult than primary Liposuction finding the most talented and experienced surgeon goes without saying. I recommend all patients have multiple in person consultations. During consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. Seeing a handful of preselected before and after pictures it’s insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hand of each provider. Ask providers to show examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and poor outcomes. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you 50 or more sets of before and after pictures of this procedure. Highly experienced providers will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures. It is imperative patients understand what average results look like in the hands of each provider and that after pictures are taken at least three months from the date of surgery. I also recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews. I wish I could be more optimistic about your outcome and treatment options. Seek out the most experienced provider in your community. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
