I cannot recommend that you travel abroad for surgery. I think there's serious disadvantages for you if you have complications and not doctor to help except someone in Mexico. See board certified plastic surgeons where you live for best results.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

I suggest you see a general surgeon. I would suspect some sort of hernia in the area, but I cannot tell just from the photos. Since hernias are more serious I would rule that out first by having a surgeon with experience in hernia repair rule that out first.I am not a big believer in steroid...

You should take a few days off breastfeeding just to ensure none of the anesthetics are in your milk. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend...

It really depends on your body shape and techniques used for body shaping. Keep in mind, you still have swelling which will resolve in 3-6 months, so it's too soon to tell what your final results will be. 1L is not much for the average overweight person, but could be alot for someone very thin....

Liposuction can certainly alter the appearance of this area.  This has to be done very carefully to avoid skin laxity or further asymmetry.
