I have looked into traveling to India, Bolivia, Miami and now Mexico seems to be the most reasonable and convenient. My family is concerned whether it is safe for me to travel there for surgery, because of the unknown risk of possible death, etc after surgery. For liposuction in my arms, abdomen, flanks, lower back, inner thighs, outer thighs, and calves, a nose job and buccal fat removal, I would be paying about $8,000 total. I was wondering should I go to Mexico and trust that I will be okay?

Answer: Surgery in Mexico it's very difficult to answer this question without knowing which surgeon will be operating on you in Mexico. Usually it's not a good idea to have surgery in other country with no friends or family support. Furthermore if you are not satisfied with the results or if you have complications they will not be able to manage it. It might be slightly cheaper initially but you will end up paying a lot more in the long run. It's best to have a thorough in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss all of your treatment options.
