Liposuction can certainly alter the appearance of this area.  This has to be done very carefully to avoid skin laxity or further asymmetry.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your posted photos, I see a well developed buttock crease on the left and a double crease on the right (a partial crease above the actual crease). The small fat rolls under the buttock crease is what's called a "banana" roll, which is a different issue. The double crease I would treat with fat grafting to create more symmetry. The small banana rolls that you have, can be treated with Thermitight RF to create a smooth transition from the crease to the back of the upper thigh. In a word, yes.  Laser Liposuction or SmartLipo  would be very effective for this area, which we call the "Banana Roll".  Consult with a surgeon who has much experience with body sculpting. All the best to you.

You have a double fold on the right side that is more pronounced that the left.
Careful small volume liposuction and fat transfer will help.
You already have a beautiful buttock and perfect symmetry is not possible, however some very careful surgery in the area will improve your concern.

This is a very tricky area to address. Liposuction can result is dropping of the butt cheek. The other option would be to transfer fat to the crease to fill it.

Thank you for your question and photos. There are some areas of the body which are 'danger zones' for liposuction, with regard to causing unsatisfactory results and/or post-surgical deformity. This area beneath the buttocks is one such area. The aesthetic ideal is for a smooth transition from the buttock to the posterior thigh, without a deep indent or significant overhang, which gives a more aged look. The fat in this area is 'supportive' for the lower buttock, and this becomes increasingly important with natural aging. Many of us now think of liposuction as liposculpting, in which fat is removed very selectively, often in conjunction with fat grafting to augment other areas of deficiency. In your case, you have a nice round buttock shape with what appears to be some moderate excess at the lateral thigh (trochanteric) area. It may be possible to liposuction the lateral thigh, and use that fat as a graft to smooth the transition from buttock to the posterior thigh. This is one option that I would discuss with your local plastic surgeon. Best of luck to you.

The danger here is that your buttock looks beautiful.  So, what you need to do is be careful.  You should not have any aggressive liposuction procedure done to correct this small problem.  What I would do is a fat injection to fill the area just a bit, being very careful to maintain your beautiful shape.  I hope this helps.
