I have a small roll of fat under my right butt cheek. Is it possible to remove this? And if so, will there be a possibility my butt cheek will drop, be asymmetrical, or make it worse? Thank you.

Answer: Is it possible to get rid of this fat pocket under my right butt cheek? Liposuction can certainly alter the appearance of this area. This has to be done very carefully to avoid skin laxity or further asymmetry.

Answer: Is it possible to get rid of this fat pocket under my right butt cheek? Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your posted photos, I see a well developed buttock crease on the left and a double crease on the right (a partial crease above the actual crease). The small fat rolls under the buttock crease is what's called a "banana" roll, which is a different issue. The double crease I would treat with fat grafting to create more symmetry. The small banana rolls that you have, can be treated with Thermitight RF to create a smooth transition from the crease to the back of the upper thigh. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
