Muscle spasm or beginning of capsular contracture? 14 weeks po BA. (photo)

My right breast has been more firm than the left for a few days. It is not firm all the way around, only near the armpit extending towards the aerial. It is still soft on the bottom. No visible differences are noticeable. I am 14 weeks P.O. Thanks for your help!
