In my experience, cheek implants look much more fake than fillers or fat transfer to the cheeks.  Perhaps you should go to a different injector?

Having done cheek implant surgery for more than 35 years I can tell you that patients are very happy with the results from the surgery. Make sure you see an experienced surgeon for this. You're only risk would be the rare possible  infection.

Cheek implants and fillers can both be used to add volume to the face to rejuvenate it.  Implants are permanent but need to be placed at specific locations.  Fillers can be used over more areas but may not be permanent.  Your face cannot be fully evaluated with just the one photo you provided, so it is difficult to say which procedures might provide benefit for you.
