Hello surgeons!! Thank you for taking your time to review my photos and answering my question. I would to know if I am a good candidate for BBL? Will I have more lose skin and will this procedure correct how I look now.? I would like 900-1000 cc do I have enough fat? I have been gaining weight for the procedure. Again thank you for your time and expertise

Based on the photos it is hard to see if you will have excees skin. Usually the flank area tightens well but the abdomen may show some loose skin. Also looking at your photos you will not have enough fat to add 900cc to each bottock.

If you are planing a liposuction.. you have to be carefull with the PS of youre choice.. a traditional liposuction can leave u loose skin.. you need others methots of liposuction that help retract youre skin post-op ... About the BBL.. you'll need PS examination to evaluate the amount of fat that it can get.

It appears you have some loose skin of your abdominal area and therefore will likely have more loose skin potentially after liposuction of that area. It's unlikely that you will have enough fat for 900-1000cc per side of fat transfer. Consult with a plastic surgeon in person for an actual evaluation in person.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Great question!  A BBL is a combination of flank and hip liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks.  The lifting occurs for two reason.  First, placing the fat into the buttocks inflates the buttocks and causes some lifting.  Second, removal of fat from the hip and flank area, especially with skin tightening superficial liposuction technique can also lift the buttocks. Your pictures don't appear to show a lot of loose skin, therefore, it is my opinion that you would probably not see skin looseness, though, these findings would have to be confirmed by a physical examination at consultation!
