Based on the photos it is hard to see if you will have excees skin. Usually the flank area tightens well but the abdomen may show some loose skin. Also looking at your photos you will not have enough fat to add 900cc to each bottock.

If you are planing a liposuction.. you have to be carefull with the PS of youre choice.. a traditional liposuction can leave u loose skin.. you need others methots of liposuction that help retract youre skin post-op ... About the BBL.. you'll need PS examination to evaluate the amount of fat that it can get.

It appears you have some loose skin of your abdominal area and therefore will likely have more loose skin potentially after liposuction of that area.
