structures, taken from septum, both ears and probably the spare
cartilages at your ribs (this should be at least considered, not a

Asian rhinoplasty as with other ethnic nasal plastic surgery is a specialized procedure that require actual long term experience to achieve the ideal result. More often, dorsal augmentation as well as tip definition and nasal base reduction are needed which should be individualized to each patient's anatomy.

 The rhinoplasty procedure can address narrowing a wide nose. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to narrow them. A tip rhinoplasty is required to narrow the tip. An alar plasty is required to narrow wide nostrils.
