If you have infection of your hair follicles or pimples, it is best to contact your doctor for a recheck. Delaying this will delay any potential treatment.

The treatment is often a matter of applying warm compresses to open up the skin pores but it will occasionally require antibiotic therapy. Always best to see you hair transplant doctor to get a full assessment. 

Obviously you need to visit your HT doctor. From the photos you may be dealing with some infected graft sites. Best to get that treated sooner than later.The problem with most FUE procedures is that the clinic removes the graft but doesn't inspect it under the microscope and trim away the excess surrounding tissue. The result is called "foreign body" reaction. The body responds as if there is infection, but there really isn't. It's just the irritation of the extra skin and dead tissue that was transplanted. Just like getting a wood splinter in your finger, except hundreds of times over.
