Can I combine fractional CO2 laser, RF microneedling and PRP for acne scars?

The CO2 laser is remarkable at reducing the appearance of scars and the RF microneedling is great for improving textural issues. Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. In  my opinion, it is possible to combine RF micro-needling (infini) with fractional laser. We then inject PRP and use a PRP mask.. The PRP mask is repeated on the second postoperative day.The entire procedure is done in one session. Sometimes, we add subcision prior to The micro needling if there are many tethered scars.
