On Thurs. I had CO2 resurfacing laser done to improve the texture of skin on my nose after having Mohs Surgery a year ago. The instructions do not address my questions so I would like to know your suggestions.

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for after care recommendations. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Any scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

As best as I can determine from your photo, it appears that the scar is erythematous and is maturing. Silicone  gel or sheeting and massage would be indicated at this point.
