11 days post FUE and worried that my donor area overly harvested. Advice? (photo)

At this time, it would be impossible to know if your donor area was overharvested because no one but your surgeon knows what type of density you had prior to the operation.  Time will tell, but if you were overharvested, options such as micropigmenting do exist.  

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative issues.  Only time will tell how the back of your scalp may look.  For people with low donor hair density, 3000+ FUE grafts is may result in donor depletion.  FUE is not a scarless surgery.After about 3000 grafts your hair may look very thin in the back if you keep your hair very short.

From your picture your Doctor only took hair from the back of your head, not touching the sides at all. This, combined with the large number of grafts you had extracted is only really going to lead to over harvesting.Do you know how many hairs you have transplanted? not only the number of grafts?  One important point with FUE is extracting from the widest, safest area possible to minimise the density loss and stop over harvesting in any specific areas. 

Sometimes  there may be such a early phase alopecic, bald spots  in donor areas after FUE surgery,  but fortunatelly most are transient. İt may happen because of over harvesting or transient post traumatic shedding /shock loss. Any way it heals and hair regrow in 4-5 months of hair restoration surgery .

Your donor looks overly harvested.....usually it happens with a larger punch is used to extract more grafts......your donor could have spread to avoid over harvesting.....

Your donor area was over-harvested something that unfortunately we are seeing more and more. This happens because the doctor wants to get more and more of your money so that they push the FUE beyond what the donor area can support. Your doctor should have measured the donor density PRIOR to performing your FUE procedure, see comment below
