I am three weeks post-injection for neck pain and spasms. I now have a droopy neck, am in a neck collar, and have balance problems. I am terrified of permanent and lasting damage to my neck muscles and balance ! Please provide some reassurance ! Am now having panic attacks.....must work as am a teacher ! Any advice so appreciated.

Hi there, thank you for your question. Sorry to hear about your injury. Botox should not affectyour bump in any way. The effects of Botox are localized to the treated area. If you do start tonotice any adverse side effects, then contact your board-certified injector right away. Hope thishelps.
