My right brow has dropped much lower than normal - I am happy with the left brow as this is how they normally look. I am worried the muscles will weaken on the right now and when the Botox eventually resolved my brows will be wonky because the right will have dropped. Just to say they were very symmetrical before. Could somebody please reassure me? And as I don’t want the left brow to drop like the right, is the only way to fix this to wait until the Botox wears off?
Answer: Uneven brows after Botox Hi! Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. When your Botox wears off (typically 3-4 months post injection), your muscles should return to how they were prior to injections. Thus, your brow position should regain its symmetry. Your injector can attempt to give a lateral brow lift by adding a few units to the tail end of your right brow (into the orbicularis oculi muscle). The other option is to place a couple of units into the frontallis (forehead muscle) above your left brow to bring down the left brow some. In the future, you can mention to your injector that you had uneven/heavy eyebrows post injections and ask them to be careful not to over-inject the frontallis. Botox appropriately injected should give natural results that make you look fresh. I hope this helps and best of luck!

Answer: Uneven Brows Will Return to Normal Thank you very much for your question and photograph. I’m sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the results from your recent Botox treatment. Unfortunately, if the botulinum toxin was injected too low on the Frontalis (forehead muscle), as the forehead relaxes, the eye brow may begin to droop. This is not an uncommon problem; luckily, in three to four months as the Botox wears off, your eyebrows will return to their normal position. I recommend reaching out to your provider, letting them know what has happened, and they can make the necessary adjustments before any future Botox sessions.

Answer: Brow Drooping after Botox Everyone's anatomy is different, which is why Botox injections should be customized for each patient. You may have had some asymmetry that required a customized approach or the Botox was injected too close to your brow. Either way, Botox is not reversible so once it wears off make sure you review with your injector what happened, and what they are going to do differently to make sure this does not happen again. Good luck!

Answer: Uneven brows Hi your brows will regain symmetry after the toxin has worn off so don't worry about them remaining uneven for long. In the meantime you should see your practitioner as having toxin can help rectify this issue and in the future always seek someone who is experienced and qualified to carry out these procedures.

Answer: Uneven brows? Botox results I'm not sure when you had your injections, but it can take up to 2 weeks for final results with Botox. If it's after the two week wait, a touch-up of Botox may improve symmetry. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. Hope this helps.
