Depending on which type and brand of dermal fillers your injector used, but most fillers used today are made up hyaluronic acid (HA) and they are viscous solids. If placed correctly in the correct plane in the lips, then you’ll be fine. If the filler material is incorrectly placed superficially, then MAYBE I can see some HA ooze out if you pierce the lip skin. Bite away, no worries and enjoy your moment.
