Or perhaps a reverse abdominoplasty performed at the same time as a breast augmentation? I do have stretch marks and a small amount of loose skin below the belly button but it doesn't really bother me. I would rather accept it the way it is than have a traditional tummy tuck.

Answer: Could an umbilicoplasty remove the loose wrinkled skin above my belly button? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Unfortunately with the degree of skin excess demonstrated I do not think an umbilicoplasty will sufficiently tighten your loose skin and a full tummy tuck would be a better option. Hope this helps.

Answer: Abdominoplasty, Toronto Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Adibfar's Hello Based on your photo you will be a candidate for an abdominoplasty. This will allow us to tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the loose, stretched skin above your belly button and perform some lipocontouring simultaneously. This is not achievable with an umbilicoplasty .It cannot be smoothed out with a reverse tummy tuck either which would require large scars below your breasts and the umbilical loose skin will still be noticeable. An in person consultation would be helpful to review all these options in greater depth.Thank you
