Or perhaps a reverse abdominoplasty performed at the same time as a breast augmentation? I do have stretch marks and a small amount of loose skin below the belly button but it doesn't really bother me. I would rather accept it the way it is than have a traditional tummy tuck.
Answer: Re: Umbilicoplasty Hi , the skin removal from umbilicoplasty would be minimal and not result in a significant change. A reverse abdominoplasty will not provide a much better result. I would recommend an abdominoplasty instead. All the best!

This can actually be done as a separate minor procedure if the belly button has been stretched or distorted by the pregnancy. An umbilical hernia can also be repaired at the same time. #removal #looseskin

Answer: Options I think a discussion with a plastic surgeon in your area is needed in order to determine how much improvement would be acceptable. I think the improvement with an umbilicoplasty will be minimal. You are a much better candidate for the tummy tuck.

Unfortunately with the degree of skin excess demonstrated I do not think an umbilicoplasty will sufficiently tighten your loose skin and a full tummy tuck would be a better option. Hope this helps.
