In my consultation, it was suggested the use of a suture between the septum and the columella to slightly correct the nasolabial angle. Using this technique, will the tip have similar flexibility as it had before surgery (moving up and down)? Is this the kind of surgery that the tip is expected to drop in the post surgery? Also, I’m worried that the tip become immovable, having no motion while talking or smiling, since this could make it look unnatural.
