When can I shoot a rifle at a shooting range after rhinoplasty?

I’ve had rhinoplasty done a few months ago (a little more than 6) and just wondering when is it ok and safe to go to a shooting range and shoot a rifle (m16)? Is there anything apart from things physically hitting my nose that I should be careful of? Could the loud sounds or maybe the slight heat that can be felt after shooting have an effect? Thanks.

If you are 6 months post open rhinoplasty with nasal bone osteotomies, you should be safe to shoot 5.56 (.223) in an AR platform without any concern for damaging your nose.

I don't see any reason why you could not go to a range 21 days after rhinoplasty surgery. Your nose would not be sensitive to the loud noise. Shooting a rifle six months after nasal surgery by six months the nose is quite well healed, although there may be some small aesthetic improvements yet to develop in the tip area. However by six months shooting a rifle should not disturb any aspect of the healing process.
