Can small icepick scars the size of a pore be treated with subscision or is it used to treat bigger types of scars? Can subscision be performed on the nose? Why aren't Drs using the Acell+PRP combined technology to treat acne scars? I was harmed by an IPL over a year ago (and still suffering from it) so please please please do NOT Suggest laser treatments to me.

I find that the best treatment for these type of scars is to use Sculptra or Bellafill, depending on the nature of the scar. Lasers such as Fraxel and eMatrix will also improve your scars. Please consult an expert for the best cosmetic treatments. Best, Dr. Green
