What is the best way to get rid of deep lines on upper lip vermilion area? I have tried fillers & dermal fat grafting (Photos)

Since I can remember, I have had deep lines on my lips, but they have recently become more pronounced. This has taken a serious toll on my sense of self confidence. All I want is smooth and youthful looking lips, but neither injectable fillers nor the dermal fat grafting procedure I recently underwent yielded any successful results. I am in desperate need of help.
