Dr. Aime was amazing! I was very hesitant and nervous when I arrived for my appointment, but she was incredibly patient as I took the time to make my decision. Dr. Aime was also extremely honest and transparent about what to expect from the results, which I truly appreciated. I felt well-informed throughout the process and never once felt pressured or rushed. She is an excellent physician with an outstanding bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend AirSculpt and Dr. Aime!
Dr. Victoria Aime did my fat removal procedure and was phenomenal. Her skills are exceptional including bedside manner. Staff was friendly warm and clinically adept. Highly recommend Airsculpt and their services.
I absolutely love the care team at the Scottsdale AirSculpt office! Being a trans woman my concern was being able to find a care team willing to do some work for me. From day one from front check in, speaking w/ Tiana (you are amazing lady!!), to Nurse Kim, Nurse Deann, and Dr Aime this team is genuine and amazing. I wanted to tighten my tummy and jawline. So I went with the Full abdomen (upper/lower/waist/flanks) and chin/neck/jowels w/ skin tightening. Procedure day came and I was awake to watch the entire procedure. Dr Aime explained what she was doing when she needed to and the nurses were on top of everything. I’m now 2 weeks out. Just had my check up with everything healing very well. I can’t say enough about this team. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. The vibe around their office is so amazing (to a point I’d work there if I could) I would tell anyone that if they are wanting some work to look no where else. Pricing was very affordable compared to several other quotes I received so check them out!
Menopausal Makeover. Liposuction for love handles and tummy with a fat transfer to breasts (A to B cup size). Plus 2 scar revisions. 10 weeks post surgery and the results are better than I imagined. Dr. Aime and Nurse Ali are a magnificent duo. I'm not sure words can express my gratitude for the gentle, kind and thoughtful care I received before, during and after the procedure.
I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Aime, as I believe she was truly heaven-sent! After an extensive search and multiple consultations, I can confidently say that none of the doctors I’ve met thus far match her exceptional qualities. Dr. Aime is not only a highly skilled professional but also an incredibly compassionate doctor. Who genuinely listens to her patients. Her attentiveness and meticulous attention to detail sets her apart. With a background in bioengineering, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Consistently achieving the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Dr Aimé is fantastic! I went to her for facial filler and botox and she really works with you to enhance your natural features. She walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and calm. I recommend her to all my friends and I love my results every time.
After two pregnancies I was back to my typical shape but could not get rid of the stubborn fat around my midsection, which was also asymmetrical. I researched AirSculpt and decided to give it a go! Dr. Aimé is amazing beyond words. Funny, kind, knowledgeable, and truly wants to do great work for her patients. She performed full abdomen for me and removed 3 liters of fat. Today was my procedure, and I’m a bit sore but feeling great. I’ve heard the next couple days are when the discomfort kicks in, so we’ll see how things go. There is NOTHING that can prepare you for the amount of fluid you leak after this procedure. Literally dripping through everything, everywhere. Stay away from carpet, stock up on puppy pads and menstrual pads, and just accept that it’s going to be a major annoyance for a couple days. The procedure was almost pain free. Honestly the worst part was the shot of pain medication at the very beginning and the discomfort of being filled with fluids. My pain never exceeded a 4 out of 10 and was for the most part at a 1 or 2 throughout. Will share photos at my 1-week! Updated on 9 Apr 2023: I was just able to take my first shower, and I can’t believe the difference already! I’d be thrilled if this was my result, but I know it’ll just keep getting better. I wasn’t too concerned with getting super tiny, but eliminating that fold at the bottom of my belly that I just couldn’t shake. I’m sore but moving around fine, with plenty of rest in between. I’ve seen some folks have a tougher recovery, but I truly think it makes a difference if you’re in strong shape before the procedure. I walk a lot every day and do intense strength work a few times a week. I fully believe it’s why I’m having a fairly easy time with recovery. Your body just has a good foundation to fall back on! Can’t wait till my one-week follow up!
Dr.Aimé was absolutely amazing and so kind and so comforting. I had the air sculpt done and she’s been there every step of the way always answers calls/texts and always makes sure I have exactly what I need. During the procedure she was so kind and just did a 10/10 job in all areas. Definitely recommend. You will be in great hands! Updated on 14 Feb 2023: Full abdomen lipo and fat transfer to butt I’m very happy with it, but I did want my butt bigger and my hip dips filled in a lot more. They have come back more then I’d hoped for so I will have to go another round to get the full look I want but I also know It’s just the way my body healed.. But still very very happy with my results so far. Definitely definitely recommend Dr.Aimé , will be going back to her for my breast implants and hopefully second bbl. Updated on 21 Feb 2023: Top is after , bottom is before , wanted to do the before and after in the same undies lol. Surgery was Jan.13 2023 , pics are from today. feb 21 2023 Very happy with it . Dr.Aimé is truly something amazing! Creates beauty ????
EXCELLENT! I would go back to Dr. Aime for anything I ever need. To prepare for my breast enhancement, I had a consultation & I told her what I wanted. I knew right away I wanted her as my doctor. She spoke to me again right before surgery to go over everything & answer any questions I might still have. The surgery was a breeze. As I healed at home, I texted her questions to make sure what I experienced during the healing process was normal & make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to be doing & she texted me back immediately. She gave me the look I asked for & I couldn’t be happier. Her bedside manner is friendly & makes you at ease. I love Dr. Aime!!!
Dr Aimé is amazing!! She made me feel like her only patient- she was amazing at my facial fillers and also with my post surgical care. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Aimé. I will see her again and refer my friends to her.
Hello! Unfortunately, once skin loses its pigmentation ability, it is essentially lost. This is called hypopigmentation. The best fix for this on a non-facial area is really paramedical tattooing if the pigmentation difference bothers you. In all honesty, it is unlikely anyone but you notices it. However, if it is something that you want to be changed, I would recommend considering tattooing the light area so it better matches the surrounding skin. Paramedical tattoo artists are the same professionals that do 3D nipple areola tattoos after breast cancer and help camouflage stretch marks (and so they are usually different in terms of their expertise than standard tattoo artists). Wish you all the best!
Hello! There is no data on the Daxxify manufacturer's website (Revance Aesthetics) indicating adverse reactions or cross-reactions with filler products. Fillers, such as Juvaderm, are made of hyaluronic acid, which is a substance that naturally occurs in the body and gives skin a full, hydrated and supple appearance. Fillers eventually resorb over time because the enzyme hyaluronidase, made in the body, slowly breaks them down. Hyaluronidase is also made in a manufactured (synthetic form), which is what is used to dissolve filler voluntarily if needed. Similar to other botulinum toxin products, Daxxify should not cross-react with filler products in an adverse way because they target a very specific nerve to muscle receptor that is entirely different than hyaluronic acid. From a chemistry standpoint, they are different. Also, it would not be in the best interest of any company to sell a neurotoxin that cross-reacts with hyaluronic acid fillers as many of the patients that use one also use the other. Other adverse effects of the Daxxify listed from the manufacturer are still possible, but unrelated to the presence of hyaluronic acid filler as is currently known. Hope that helps shed some light on the new neurotoxin, Daxxify!
Hello! Yes. I would recommend rescheduling one or the other. Filler is technically an implant (although a non-permanent one). When dental cleanings are performed, some of the bacteria from the gums and teeth can get into the bloodstream and get deposited on implants. This is why patients with some implants (such as mechanical heart valves) always get antibiotics when they get their teeth cleaned or have other dental work done. So as a general preventive measure (although I recommend good dental care as well), I would recommend spacing your filler and dental appointments out by about 2 weeks or more. Wish you all the best!
Hello! What you are describing is called scleral show and you are correct about the terminology canthal tilt. Typically, excess scleral show on the lower outer aspect of the eyes is caused by too much lower eyelid laxity (as with aging), a lower eyelid that is too tight (usually due to over-resection of lower eyelid skin during a lower eyelid lift procedure, i.e. a blepharoplasty), or simply due to genetics/development. To correct this, a small procedure called a canthoplasty can be performed. It is a relatively minor procedure and can sometimes be performed in the office. I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for this as their expertise is in eyelids. Hope that helps and wish you all the best!
Hello! I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, tissue elasticity and skin tone play a part in breast sagging/drooping (medically called breast ptosis) and this is largely determined by genetics and life experiences (i.e. more likely in patients that have had significant changes in their weight and/or have a history of smoking). Breast implants also contribute to this where the larger the implant, the heavier it weighs down on the breast envelope and more tendency for the breast to droop. It is also more likely if the breast implants are placed above the muscle as only the skin is holding the implants up and the skin has a tendency to stretch. If you decide to undergo another breast lift, I would recommend placement of mesh to help support the breast implants higher on your chest wall and a revision to the lower breast tissue to remove some of the remaining breast tissue that is sliding down with redraping of the lower breast pole to give a tighter, but still rounded breast shape. Your scars are still pink so I would suspect that your surgeon will want to wait until 1 year out from surgery for any further revision to allow everything to fully heal and the scars to mature. Wish you all the best!
