I had a revision becasue I had asked to be a large C or small D after 1 year I was still a DDD after the revision my implants still look the same but just smaller but are now pushing out near my sternum. You can’t see it but I can feel it through my skin and I have little to no space between and suggestions how to approach the surgeon again and how to fix this. I am so devastated.
Answer: Revision There is a slight disparity in the location of the implant with respect to the location of the nipple areola, the former being a bit higher. Sometimes gentle massage downward on the implant can help reposition it in a more favorable location. If this does not work, a revision to lower the implant position can be considered. There is also the option of raising the nipple areola with a 2nd mastopexy but you had a nice result and this would be much more involved surgery.

Answer: Breast revision This is a good question. Based on your history and the photos provided, it seems that you would be a good candidate for downsizing your implants. A capsulorrhaphy may also be needed to recreate natural cleavage. This will help improve the shape and size of your breasts. A breast lift may need to be done to position your nipple centered on your breast, depending on several factors like the size of the new (smaller) implant. Hope this helps!

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Fantastic267243, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Considering options If you feel the implants are too large you can consider downsizing them. Based on your stated goals, decreasing by approximately 100cc should give you improvement. Further lifting may be necessary depending on implant size selected.

Answer: Breasts Asl your surgeon to take you down by 150-200 cc's, which should be about 2 cups, and bring you to about a C+ or D. Your pockets can also be tightened internally as well.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and the weight of the implants has stretched your skin envelope. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
