Question

Hi I got my breast implants removed and replaced due to capsular contracture in my left breast, so I’ve had them put under the muscle this time, but my left one still hasn’t dropped??? Sits higher then the other one it’s still squishy though

8 months should be enough for implant to drop. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At 8 months, you have healed for the most part. I would suggest going back to your surgeon to see if oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments could be helpful. Otherwise, you may need surgery.

Your history is complicated. If the implant just sitting too high, then you may need a Revision to lower the implant. It’s important to differentiate to make sure you’re not having a recurrent capsular contraction.
