I’m 45 and am looking for something to soften my smile lines, under eye lines and concave look, particularly the left side of my face. I’ve had two fat transfers to breast and had wonderful results. I had a very bad reaction for a neurotoxin and I also am not interested in fillers. Please advise on the best treatment for me, thanks!

Usually in your case patients get good results with fillers. With the right type of fillers, you can get a good result. Please note that fillers are temporary and you would need multiple sessions until you get a permanent result with increased collagen formation.
It has been our experience in over 25 years of facial fat grafting that retention of fat grafts around mouth and lips is minimal, around 10-15%. We are now collecting data using a combination of Renuva with nano and micro fat grafts but there is no final conclusion yet. Hope this helps.
