Hi! As I’m aging, the muscles around my mouth are becoming more prominent in a way I don’t like. During a consultation, I was told that this can’t be fixed. I’m only 26 years old. I’m seeking a second opinion to find out if you agree or disagree with this assessment. What are the underlying issues, and what could be done?

It has been our experience in over 25 years of facial fat grafting that retention of fat grafts around mouth and lips is minimal, around 10-15%. We are now collecting data using a combination of Renuva with nano and micro fat grafts but there is no final conclusion yet. Hope this helps.

Based on only one posted photo, it appears you have jowls forming. Invasive options or a mini facelift with SMAS plication as the invasive option but at your age of 26 might not be recommended. Minimally invasive option would be Endo lays lifting and fat reduction under local anesthesia or intervenous sedation local anesthesia. As best option fee $5000-$8000. Best of virtual concert with.
