I was severely overfilled in the under brow area, temples, under eyes/upper cheeks, six months ago. My face is now asymmetrical, upper face being disproportionately larger compared to the lower face. And my eyes hidden in fat. I have read about steroid injections and energy devices but the plastic surgeons in my country don't have experience with these and also don't recommend any other solutions. I would greatly appreciate if you could please provide me with any possible options to consider, thank you.

Answer: How to treat fat over grafted areas of the face
Usually in your case patients get good results with fillers. With the right type of fillers, you can get a good result. Please note that fillers are temporary and you would need multiple sessions until you get a permanent result with increased collagen formation.
It has been our experience in over 25 years of facial fat grafting that retention of fat grafts around mouth and lips is minimal, around 10-15%. We are now collecting data using a combination of Renuva with nano and micro fat grafts but there is no final conclusion yet. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, pictures were not included and would be very helpful. First of all, liposuction of the face is not a common procedure. So, the first question is.... Is this even the correct procedure for you? Can you have liposuction with acne? That depends on...
