Thank you for your question. I do not think that Botox will help with vestibular migraines, but it may and it wont hurt. The truth is, we don't completely understand why botox helps with migraines. It relaxes the muscles of the forehead, head and neck (where ever it is injected) but muscle relaxation alone doesn't explain how it helps migraines. I think of migraines like an electrical storm in your head, and a vestibular migraine is like an electrical storm in your balance center. Although I can't explain why it would work, it may.
