Is this the tyndall effect?

I had under eye filler almost 4 months ago as recommended by the nurse who does the treatments. When applying she immidiately stopped because she said a blood vessel burst and she wanted to give it time to heal. Directly afterwards I had two knot like swells where she injected. In the following days I developed deep discoloration and swelling. She just keeps telling me to give it more time to heal, its only getting worse. She refuses to admit there is an issue and says bruises havent healed yet

I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.  With excessive bruising it may be helpful to use Arnica or Bromelain supplements.  Sometimes laser treatments are indicated.  As four months should be ample time for it to heal you may wish to get a second opinion.

No, the Tyndall effect is the appearance of whiteish discoloration in the injection area. What you describe is simply a vessel that was poked by the needle, which causes a bruise. Everybody reacts to this differently and at this point all you can really do is cover it with makeup and wait till the bruise goes away.
