Dent/ridge in cheeks when smiling after dermal filler (Photo)

Question

Ever since I got filler in my cheeks i get a dent or ridge in my cheeks when smiling. After several consultations with different Drs I haven't been able to find a doctor that has been able to identify the issue and correct it yet. I saw a doctor on social media address this issue as having filler placed in the wrong plane, but this Dr doesn't do filler anymore, only speaks about it on social media. Looking for a skilled Dr in LA area that is familiar with the issue stated above.

Hi there,
If the cheek filler is placed a little too high on cheek, closer to the eye area, it can cause a "shelf look" appearance with or without smiling. In your case it looks like the cheek fullness is pushing up when smiling causing a line to develop. Sometimes a small amount of soft filler to the undereye area can soften the transition from cheek to lower lid. Please see an experienced licensed injector since this is an advanced technique and needs great skill and knowledge.
Another option is time, as filler will dissipate over time.
I am not a fan of dissolving fillers unless necessary, however that is also an option
