Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) - What are my lip and cheek augmentation options, besides fillers?

I have Mast Cell and can't use fillers. What are some options to fill my lips a bit, as well as around my nose & maybe my cheeks. Right now I utilize IPL & microneedling and my skin is amazing. I just need help with tightening and some volume. Thank you!

At age 20 you should be able to have dermal fillers if they are indicated. Each office may have their own age requirements for treatment. The key is to select a provider with experience. Many will have before/after photos you can review.

Hi @7882anon! The upper cheek is a major support for the under eyes. I would first begin with addressing the volume loss in the cheeks followed by addressing the tear trough area.
