I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your asymmetry is apparent, but the cause cannot be accurately determined without an examination. It would be prudent to have an evaluation with your surgeon and discuss possible options for improvement.

At this point, you have healed, so the breasts will not change on their own. I would suggest adjusting both pockets. One side, the medial pocket needs to be tightened some. On the other side, the lower pocket needs to be raised. With only a front view, I cannot comment of the lateral pockets of either. Please go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.
